White Faced Scops owl original embroidery
This is an original embroidery hoop artwork featuring a White Faced Scops Owl, created entirely with hand stitching and bead embroidery – no paint involved this time! The owl’s intricate feathers, especially around the beak, are beautifully textured in 3D, thanks to the unique technique I’ve used. The fabric background is a soft, checked cotton that complements the owl's natural details.
The embroidery hoop measures 9" in diameter (23cm), making it the perfect size to showcase the delicate craftsmanship. The back of the hoop is neatly finished with a felt covering, hand-stitched in place for a polished look.
